Seller earnings & payouts+
Creators earn 60–70% of every sale made through their store. We deduct production, delivery, and payment processing costs before calculating your share.
- Cash out anytime: withdraw whenever you like (subject to normal processing time).
- Clear records: your dashboard shows sales, payouts, and order history.
Content & merch guidelines+
Designs must follow our content guidelines. We don’t allow hate speech, violence, copyright infringement, or offensive material. Submissions are reviewed before they go live.
- Rejected items can be resubmitted after required changes.
- We may remove listings that violate guidelines.
Printing & delivery+
We handle printing, packaging, and delivery logistics end-to-end.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery time varies by location.
- Customers may receive tracking updates where available.
Payments & refunds+
Payments are made via CBE bank transfer or Telebirr. During checkout, you’ll receive the account details and you’ll confirm your order using your payment reference.
- Orders are generally final once placed.
- Refunds/reprints may be provided if the product is defective or incorrect. Contact support within 3 days of delivery.
Customer data & privacy+
We respect your privacy. Customer and seller data is stored securely and used only for platform operations and order fulfillment.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We share data only when required to fulfill orders or by law.
Intellectual property+
Creators are responsible for ensuring that designs uploaded to AfroMerch are original or properly licensed. We take infringement seriously and may remove violating content.
Order issues & support+
If you experience missing items, delivery delays, or quality issues, contact support as soon as possible. We aim to resolve problems quickly and fairly.
