How do I buy a product?+
Browse stores on the stores page, choose your size and color, and proceed to checkout. You’ll get payment instructions for CBE or Telebirr, then you’ll enter your payment reference to verify and confirm your order.
My orders are late. What do I do?+
Contact support with your full name, phone number, order ID, and your payment reference so we can investigate and help quickly.
What if I receive the wrong item?+
Contact support with your order details (name, phone, and payment receipt) so we can resolve it quickly.
Which payment methods are supported?+
You can pay using CBE bank transfer or Telebirr. After you pay, enter your payment reference during checkout to verify and confirm your order.
Can I cancel or change an order?+
Currently, we do not support changing or refunding orders once placed.
